1. Transaction Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions where the customer’s account is debited but service is not
delivered.
2. Process
- Customers must raise refund requests within 7 days of the transaction through our support email.
3. Timelines
- Refunds, once verified, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Transactions completed successfully, or due to user error, are non-refundable.
