1. Transaction Refunds Refunds are only applicable for failed transactions where the customer’s account is debited but service is notdelivered. 2. Process Customers must raise refund requests within 7 days of the transaction through our support email. 3. Timelines Refunds, once verified, will be processed within 7-10 working days. 4.
